Jurisdiction and health classification
Parcel, municipality/township/county, hosted or whole dwelling, stay length, responsible health agency and written category/plan-review determination.
Minneapolis owner test
Primary home, proposed extra STR and other licenses held personally or through LLCs. Get a written buyer eligibility answer.
Building test
Building/condo classification, total units, existing approved STR units, percentage limit and remaining headroom. Example: 40 × 10% = 4; 4 − 3 existing = 1. Owner eligibility remains separate.
Saint Paul opening file
Host license, fire-certificate/provisional route, closed building permits and insurance evidence for every channel.
Duluth purchase condition
Current moratorium status, permit category, existing permit history and written sale/renewal determination. Do not assume a future opening date.
Collector reconciliation
For example $2400 facilitated plus $600 regular direct = $3000. Identify the collector, gross tax base, rate source and remittance evidence separately.
Renewal and ownership handoff
Issuer, actual expiration, current fee quotation, inspections/corrections and buyer or responsible-party updates.
