Parcel and category
Record the parcel, incorporated boundary, zone and operating model. Charleston: residence/4% classification, category, building age or individual historic listing, parking. Myrtle Beach: visitor-accommodation use and conversion-overlay determination.
Current permit evidence
Record the issuer, approved capacity and conditions, inspection and business license. For Hilton Head, obtain the current adopted fee and renewal invoice; the portal’s 2023 flat fee is historical.
Guest bill and collectors
List accommodation receipts, taxable fees, each state/local levy, rate, base, collector and return destination. Scenario only: $1,000 × 7% = $70; a separately assumed 3% component = $30. What proof covers both?
Renewal and purchase
Enter Charleston’s actual issuance anniversary, business-license cycle and buyer route. Record Hilton Head’s new-owner permit requirement. Attach private permissions and insurer confirmation.
