Worked example and assumptions

Fairfax illustration: 60-night ceiling − 8 otherwise saleable nights blocked for repair = 52 planned saleable nights. At assumed $180, 40 sold nights = $7,200; 52 sold nights = $9,360, before tax and costs. Not a demand forecast.

Sources and unresolved questions

Official citations, scope and effective dates are in the complete Virginia permit and night calendar guide. General information, not a permit or legal/tax determination. Record the source URL, access date, office reply and remaining condition for each decision.
