How does onboarding work?
It starts with a 20-minute walkthrough. After that we do the setup for you: branding, seats for each team member, and an import of your existing deal spreadsheet. Offices are typically live within 2 business days of signing up.
What does the founding-office rate involve?
The first 3 offices get $349 per month locked for 12 months instead of $499. In exchange we ask for honest product feedback, a testimonial, and a short case study we draft and you approve. After 12 months the plan renews at the then-current list price.
Can we change seats later?
Yes. Seats can be added any time at the per-seat rate, and removed at your next billing cycle. Contact us and changes are handled the same business day.
How does billing work?
Card billing through Stripe, monthly or annual. Annual plans can also be invoiced. Card numbers never touch our servers.
Is our data secure?
Your deals, branding, and captured leads live in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so each account can only read its own data. Payments run through Stripe. We do not sell user data, and AI memo narratives are generated from numbers computed by our underwriting engine, never by the model itself.
