Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a licensed broker?

Yes. You'll need an active New York State real estate license (salesperson or broker level) and an affiliated brokerage. We verify both before activating your account.

How is the Free tier different?

Free brokers can take on up to 3 clients total (lifetime, including past placements and archived clients). It's enough to try the platform end-to-end. Paid plans let you take on more clients and unlock public reviews, inbound leads, and the commission tracker.

What about broker fees?

NYC voucher programs restrict who can pay broker fees. Every application you submit on the platform includes a fee disclosure (landlord-paid, broker-firm-paid, or no fee) that the landlord sees. We don't process broker fees through the platform.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. If you cancel during your 14-day trial, you won't be charged. After trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Are my clients' documents secure?

Yes. Documents are stored in encrypted Supabase Storage with broker-scoped access controls. Documents are only attached to applications you explicitly submit, and signed URLs expire after 15 minutes for downloads.
