- Can our caseworkers use this for free?
- Yes, and core case management is free with no volume caps. Add unlimited caseworkers and clients, and apply on behalf of clients with no monthly limit. Individual caseworkers never hit a paywall. Paid plans add optional institutional tools like the voucher packet builder, bulk import, and funder reporting.
- What about HIPAA / compliance?
- Document storage uses signed URLs with short expirations. SHIELD Act baseline applies to all client data. Enterprise customers can sign a BAA and get our SOC 2 compliance pack on request.
- Do you integrate with our HMIS?
- WellSky, Bitfocus / Clarity, and CaseWorthy adapters are on the Enterprise roadmap. Talk to us about your specific HMIS — we ship adapters when an Enterprise customer commits.
- What about funder reporting?
- Pro includes org-wide reporting with branded DOCX exports, including ready-made HRA quarterly, HUD CoC performance, and foundation impact templates. Enterprise customers can have custom report formats built to the requirements of their specific funders during onboarding.
- How does the 14-day trial work?
- Pro and Enterprise both come with a 14-day trial. We require a card up front. Cancel any time during the trial — no charge. After day 14 we charge the card and the trial converts to paid.
- Per-org pricing — what does that mean?
- You pay one price per organization regardless of caseworker count. Adding more caseworkers within your org has zero marginal cost. The institutional features (audit logs, reporting, funder templates) carry the value, not seat count.
