About

I’m a licensed real estate salesperson with SpiralNY Real Estate, serving Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx. I work with individuals and families using CityFHEPS, FHEPS, HASA, SHARE, Section 8, and other rental assistance programs. I currently represent multiple qualified voucher holders actively searching for housing, with particularly strong demand for 2-bedroom apartments. I work directly with clients throughout the housing search and coordinate with landlords, property managers, listing agents, and housing organizations to help move qualified applicants through the rental process efficiently. I’m especially interested in building long-term relationships with landlords and property managers who regularly accept voucher programs. If you have current or upcoming vacancies, I’m happy to discuss my clients' housing needs and determine whether there may be a good match. Primary areas: Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan & Bronx Voucher experience: CityFHEPS, FHEPS, HASA, SHARE & Section 8 Current high-demand inventory: 2-bedroom apartments
