2 bedroom Section 8 apartments in Whittlesey, South Euclid
The HUD rent benchmark is $1,410/mo for a 2 bedroom unit in ZIP 44121 — Small-Area FMR. This is not a guaranteed rent approval; confirm the applicable household calculation and utility allowance with the administering agency.
Voucher protections vary by locality
South Euclid passed a source-of-income anti-discrimination ordinance before Ohio HB 430 (2022) preempted new local SOI laws. The ordinance remains on the books; post-HB-430 legal standing is uncertain per the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (2024). Stronger footing here than in Cleveland proper.
